William R. Sellers serves as Independent Director of the Company. Dr. Sellers is a Class II director who has served as a member of our Board of Directors since September 2019. He previously was an Associate Professor of Medicine at the Dana-Farber Cancer Institute and Harvard Medical School and an Associate Member of the Broad Institute. Dr. Sellers received his B.S. in biology from Georgetown University in 1982 and M.D. from the University of Massachusetts Medical School in 1986. He completed his internship and residency in internal medicine at the University of California San Francisco in 1989 and trained in medical oncology at the Dana-Farber Cancer Institute. Seller’s extensive business experience in oncology research and in the area of drug discovery and development qualify him to serve as a member of our Board of Directors.
