Mr. Hough has served as Chairman of the Board since November 2015, President of Silvercrest Asset Management Group LLC, our operating subsidiary (“SAMG LLC”), since January 2012, as its Chief Operating Officer from July 2010 to November 2013 and as its Chief Executive Officer since November 2013. He has been a member of the Company’s Executive Committee since 2007. Mr. Hough, who joined us in 2003, has responsibility for all aspects of our operations, including corporate strategy and development. Previously, Mr. Hough served as the founding national program director of Children’s Scholarship Fund. Mr. Hough also worked in Washington, DC, as a managing editor and policy analyst.
