Mr. Potts has previously served as the Chairman of the Board of the National Center for Asphalt Technology, the International Center for Aggregates Research and the American Road and Transportation Builders Association. Mr. Potts has been a Director of the Company since 2014. Mr. Potts brings extensive experience in, and knowledge of, the construction and aggregates industry to the Company.
