Mr. Ubiñas has served as a director of CommerceHub, Inc. during the past five years. He holds a B.A. degree from Harvard College and an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School, is a fellow of the American Academy of Arts and Sciences and is a member of the Council on Foreign Relations. Mr. Ubiñas has extensive experience in business management, operations and community engagement programs from his work as an investor and advisor to companies across sectors and from his years of overseeing more than $12 billion in assets and over $500 million in annual giving at the Ford Foundation.
