He joined the Company in January of 2020 and is responsible for all legal activities of the Company and the Bank. Mr. Saltzman had most recently been a partner in the Banking and Financial Institutions Advisory Practice at White & Case since mid 2018. Prior to that he was Vice Chairman at Deutsche Bank from 2015 to 2018, where he helped lead capital stress testing, regulatory remediation and transaction banking in the Americas region. From 2010 to 2015, Mr. Saltzman also served as General Counsel of The Clearing House Payments Company, and President and General Counsel of its then affiliated trade association (now Bank Policy Institute). He holds a B.A. from Clark University and a J.D. from the Boston University School of Law and is a member of the New York State Bar.
