During his tenure at Jackson Savings Bank, Mr. Howe presided over the Jackson Savings Bank’s conversion to a stock company as well as the sale of Jackson Savings Bank to the Company in December 1998 and its subsequent merger into the Company in November 2000. Because of Mr. Howe’s background and experience, he is very familiar with the various challenges that must be overcome to be successful in the financial services industry. He is very active in the community of Jackson, Ohio, serving as President of the Jackson Community Improvement Corporation as well as being a member of the Metropolitan Housing Board.
