Dr. Rajiv Shah M.D. serves as Independent Director of the Company. Dr. Shah has served on our board of directors since June 2015 and on our scientific committee since September 2019. Dr. Shah earned his M.D. from the University of Pennsylvania Medical School, his M.S. in Health Economics at the Wharton School of Business and his B.S. in Economics from the University of Michigan.
