Before that, he held several positions within that company including Vice Chairman from 2011 through 2014, and Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer from 2004 through 2011. From 2002 to 2004, Mr. DiNapoli served as a Senior Managing Director and leader of FTI Consulting’s corporate finance/restructuring practice. From 1998 to 2002, Mr. DiNapoli was a Managing Partner of PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP’s U.S. business recovery services practice. Since January 1, 2016, Mr. DiNapoli has served as a consultant to Cerberus Capital providing consulting services, as requested, to portfolio companies.
