Mr. Davis is a private investor and Chief Executive Officer of Lank Acquisition Corp., which invests in minority and majority positions in public and private companies. Prior to forming Lank Acquisition Corp. in 2007, Mr. Davis spent 20 years in a variety of senior investment banking positions. From 1996 to 2003, Mr. Davis was a senior executive at JPMorgan Chase where he began as Head of the Merger and Acquisition Group. He became Head of General Industry Investment Banking in 2000 and was also Co-Head of Investment Banking Coverage which comprised all of JPMorgan Chase’s corporate clients, and was named Vice Chairman of Investment Banking in 2002. Mr. Davis holds a Master’s in Business Administration from the Tuck School of Business and a B.A. from Dartmouth College. Mr. Davis’ financial knowledge and depth of experience in equity investing, strategic matters, acquisitions, financial analysis and investment banking make him well qualified to serve on the Board, and qualify him as an “audit committee financial expert”, as defined by applicable SEC Rules.
